Chang Rai, Thailand

There is an orphanage in Chang Rai, Thailand, called "Home of the Open Heart". The ministry's focus is to give HIV positive babies, who cannot be cared for by relatives, a loving safe home, to offer self-contained cottages for HIV positive moms to love independently with their baby, then hospice care when that time comes, and to visit families affected by HIV/AIDS in the community and help provide support.

Above all, that Christ would be glorified.

I would continue to humble myself to what God has for me.

Ensenada, Mexico with trips to Haiti and Dominican Republic

Kim's group will be leaving for Mexico City for outreach around Dec. 17th, they will spend a week or two there and then leaving for Haiti and the Dominican Republic immediately following her time in Mexico City. Their base is very busy with many groups coming and going that do short term missions for a Homes of Hope program that builds homes for needy families each weekend.

To grow stronger in my relationship with God.

To hear and follow the Lord's guidance.

Safety in traveling to another Country.

Christ would be glorified through our work.

I will be going into Youth with a Mission, participating in their Music Art and Dance (MAD) Discipleship Training School (DTS).  The focus of the school is growing in the Lord and learning His heart. MAD DTS utilizes the arts to glorify Jesus and reach other people for Christ.  The particular strand that I am in is dance.

Prayer Needs

To draw closer to God while using the gifts He has gives me.

To hear His voice clearly.

Unity in the school.

A moldable heart and a teachable spirit.

Most of all that the Lord's perfect will is done.

Maui, Hawaii & South East Asia

I will be attending Discipleship Training School for six months that fuels inward transformation and outward application through worship, teachings, prayer, evangelism, service and compassion.  I will be on outreach in Southeast Asia the second three months sharing the truth and love of Jesus Christ with others, by friendship evangelism, Bible studies with college-aged students, teaching basic Christianity classes, preaching in village churches, and children's ministry in orphanages, depending on where we're located in Asia.
